AAP’s reaction on ED summons to CM Kejriwal...
ED has sent summons to chief minister arvind kejriwal for the second time in the delhi Excise Policy case. Now
a statement has come from aam aadmi party regarding this. AAP side has said that prime minister Narendra is
afraid of PM Modi and Arvind Kejriwal. cm kejriwal already has a plan to go to Vipassana. At present the
lawyers are reading the notice and whatever will happen further will be told. AAP's rajya sabha MP Sandeep
Pathak said that this case is completely fake. There is nothing in this case. sandeep Pathak further said, If anyone
questions prime minister Modi, they get him arrested. PM Modi hates and fears arvind kejriwal the most. If
someone surrenders in front of him, he gives him a clean chit. arvind kejriwal is going to go for Vipassana and

Let us tell you that chief minister arvind kejriwal is going to go on a 10-day Vipassana session from 19 to 30
December. According to the party, he will go for the session on december 19 and return on december 30.
kejriwal goes on Vipassana every year for 10 days. Meanwhile, ED has issued a fresh summons to Arvind
kejriwal for questioning on december 21 in the money laundering case related to excise policy.
AAP coordinator did not appear before ED in November
The ED had first summoned him to appear before it on november 2, but he did not appear before it alleging that
the notice was vague, (politically) motivated and not maintainable as per law. Officials said the summons sent to
AAP national convenor kejriwal pertains to his interrogation and recording of his statement under the Prevention
of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) in the alleged delhi Excise Policy case. It is alleged that the Delhi
government's 2021-22 excise policy for granting licenses to liquor traders was designed to benefit some liquor
traders, who allegedly paid bribes for it. AAP has repeatedly denied this allegation.
