Chief minister Stalin will inaugurate a new program called chief minister with people on 18th in Coimbatore. tamil Nadu chief minister Stalin will inaugurate a new program called "People with the Chief Minister" in coimbatore on the 18th, which will lead to quick and easy access to government services in tamil Nadu. After assuming office, chief minister Stalin created a department called “Chief minister in Your Constituency” to resolve the petitions received during his election campaign and set a historic record by resolving all the petitions within 100 days. As a result, he ordered the creation of a separate department called "Chief's Address Department" to effectively deal with public demands and fulfill them. Through this, about 49 lakh petitions have been received in the last two and a half years and they are being resolved in a proper manner.
In addition to this, chief minister Stalin is conducting inspection trips to the districts directly and under the initiative of "Chief minister in Field Inspection", conducts inspection meetings in the districts, conducts field inspections, and ensures that the government's welfare programs and services are available to the general public within a specified period. As an extension of this initiative, to further refine the services provided by government officials to the public who access government departments on a daily basis, to make government services accessible to them quickly and easily, and to establish transparency in the administration, the coming tamil Nadu chief minister M.K.Stalin has launched a new program called "Makkarana chief minister with the People" as another milestone of Dravida model governance. He will inaugurate it in coimbatore on the 18th.
In this scheme, “Prime minister with People”, Public Access Department of Revenue and Disaster Management Municipal Administration Department, Rural Development Department, Adi Dravidian Welfare Department, Backward Most Backward and Minority Welfare Department, Social Welfare Department, Disabled Persons Welfare Department, Cooperatives Department, women Development Corporation, Housing and Urban Development Department, Energy Department, Labor Welfare and Skill Development Department, Small, Small and Medium Enterprises etc., under the direct supervision of the Hon'ble chief minister, it is proposed to conduct special camps in all urban and rural local bodies at ward and village panchayat level in all districts.
In the first phase, 1745 camps will be conducted from 18-12-2023 to 06-01-2024 in all Municipal Corporations, Municipalities, Municipalities and village Panchayats adjacent to urban areas. These camps will be conducted in other districts except the 4 districts affected by the storm.
After the completion of relief work in the storm-affected areas in Chennai, Kanchipuram, Chengalpattu and Thiruvallur districts, special camps for the “People with Chief Minister” program will be conducted from the first week of january 2024 to 31-1-2024.
In the first phase, after the completion of the camps conducted in the urban areas, in the next phase, these camps will be conducted in the rural areas of all the districts. In these camps all concerned departmental officers will receive and register the demands of the people under one umbrella. All the petitions received in the camps will be duly considered by the concerned departments within 30 days and appropriate services will be provided to the people based on merit.
At the same time as chief minister Stalin will inaugurate the scheme in coimbatore, Ministers will inaugurate these camps in their respective districts and Ministers-in-Charge in their assigned districts. Members of parliament, assembly members, representatives of local bodies and others will participate in these camps.
