4 people caught in Parliament trespass..? Detained..?

On wednesday afternoon, two people entered the parliament lok sabha, threw yellow smoke canisters they had hidden and raised slogans against the government. 5 people have been arrested in this connection. It was found that Sagar Sharma from lucknow and Manoranjan from mysore entered the parliament and threw smoke canisters. There was panic in the house for a while because of the yellow smoke that rose like fire. Both were quickly apprehended by MPs and parliamentary security staff. Both also threw smoke canisters inside the parliament premises and raised slogans. All four have been booked under the UAPA Act and various sections of the indian Penal Code.


The four stay at Vishal's house in Gurugram before going to Parliament. He has also been arrested. Lalit Jha, the alleged mastermind of the encroachment, is absconding. The delhi Police produced the four in court and argued that they should be remanded in custody for 15 days for detailed investigation. "It should be inquired into whether the purpose of the incident was just to express their opinion or whether there were any other motives," the court said. After hearing the arguments of the police, Special Judge Hardeep Kaur ordered that the four accused be remanded in custody for a week and allowed to be interrogated.
