Waqf Board Act: One of bjp mp Harnath Singh's main claims...

Rajya Sabha mp Harnath Singh Yadav of the bharatiya janata party has introduced a private bill in the house to repeal the Waqf Board Act of 1995. In this regard, Harnath Singh Yadav stated that the Waqf Board Act of 1995 is to blame for the nation's growing inequality as well as the widespread use of the game of conversion behind its cover.

Speaking in-depth about this topic, Harnath Singh Yadav stated that during the country's division, it was determined that a Hindu entering india from pakistan would have his property belong to pakistan and a Muslim entering india from pakistan would have his property belong to India. It will be completed. However, the Muslims created the Waqf Board in defiance of this, and congress officially recognized it in 1954. Subsequently, Waqf acquired ownership of 90% of the property that had belonged to Muslims who had fled india at that time. Then, in 1995, the Waqf Board Act of 1995 was created by Congress. There will be seven people in all as a result of this Waqf Board Act: five will be members, one will be an executive officer, one will be a surveyor, and all will be Muslims.
