This time hands on training was also given to the employees. The resultwas that neither the mock poll nor the voting received many complaints.Keeping this in mind, more focus is being given on vote counting. Earlier only two trainings were given to thecounting officers, but this time three trainings will be given. Which started from monday (27 November). In thetraining conducted in two shifts, in the first shift more than 500 officers were trained, who will count the closedvotes in the control unit. Whereas in the second shift, training was given to those counting postal ballot papersand micro observers.1018 employees will be given trainingDuring this, Nodal Officer RP Ahirwar reached each room and discussed with the officers taking training. Nodalofficer RP Ahirwar said that training is being given in 10 different rooms. This time too the focus is on hands-ontraining, so that the scope for error during vote counting is minimized. He said that we are currently trainingpeople in 10 rooms or the counting has started and in total we will be training 1018 employees.
