reacted regarding this on Monday. He attacked BJP. He said that bjp has filed the petition in patna High Court.

reservation.

held. Happened with the reservation system. bihar government was conducting caste census, so bjp went from

Patna high court to supreme court to stop it.

the patna High Court. A petition has been filed on behalf of patna Civil Society. A copy of this petition has also

been sent to the office of bihar Advocate General PK Shahi. The petitioner has demanded an immediate ban on

this. The petitioner has argued that this is a violation of fundamental rights. At the same time, during the winter

session of the Assembly, cm Nitish had announced to increase the existing scope of reservation. After this, the bihar government increased the reservation for backward, extremely backward, Dalit and Mahadalit in

government jobs and school institutions from 50 percent to 65 percent.
