Nationalist congress party founder sharad pawar gave a speech amidst rain on Sunday, which brought back
memories of a decisive speech he gave in october 2019. It is said that his party had benefited from that speech
given during the last assembly elections in Maharashtra. In the evening, Pawar attended a party event in Navi
Mumbai, where it had been raining since morning.
As soon as he started the speech, it started raining lightly. However, veteran leader Pawar, who is going to
turn 83 next month, stood firm. He said amidst the rain, “Today our plans have been disrupted here due to the
rain but we are those people who will not give up so easily, will not back down. We need to continue our

in Satara to campaign in favor of the ncp candidate for the lok sabha by-election. During this, he gave the
speech while getting drenched in heavy rain. In this election, his party won 54 seats, which was 13 more than
in 2014.
