maharashtra unit president of congress Nana Patole on saturday alleged that the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party

(BJP) wants to change the Constitution and it should be taught a lesson. He was addressing the Constitution

Honor Rally of Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi led by Prakash Ambedkar. He said, “People need to teach a lesson to

the bharatiya janata party which is openly talking about changing the Constitution of the country. The party

showed its true colors after coming to power in 2014. Our Constitution is the most sacred text but bjp wants

to change it.          

Nana Patole made these allegations

Patole alleged that the strategy of the bjp government is similar to the divide and rule policy of the British

Raj. He said, “Prime minister Narendra Modi changed the economic policies of Dr. Ambedkar. Ambedkar’s

policies were to collect money from the rich in the form of taxes and use it for the poor. Modi government is

doing exactly the opposite. That’s why I resigned as a bjp mp and joined the Congress. Patol had won the

2014 lok sabha elections. However, he resigned from bjp in 2017.

What did Nana Patole say?

MPCC chief Nana Patole said on sunday that he would participate in the Samvidhan Samman Mahasabha

organized by Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi (VBA) in Mumbai. Prakash Ambedkar had invited congress mp Rahul

Gandhi for this program. He said, I will be rahul Gandhi’s representative for the meeting as he is busy in

Telangana elections.
