Is Raja Bhaiya’s party also bigger than BSP and equal to Congress..??
Accordingly congress and BSP have lost their offices in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly. BSP and congress offices were allotted
in the assembly for a long time. This has happened for the first time in the history of the congress Party. The
office of BSP was also taken back by the assembly Secretariat. At the same time, Samajwadi party has benefited.
Samajwadi party has been allotted a big office. The reason for snatching the offices of both the parties has been
said to be lack of numerical strength.
This is the first time in the history of the congress party that he has lost his office within the legislature of the
largest state. Not only congress but also BSP's office was taken back by the assembly Secretariat. The offices of
BSP and congress were allotted in the assembly for a long time and the offices of BSP and congress were
withdrawn while the office of Samajwadi party has been enlarged. Due to less strength in the assembly, offices
have been snatched away.
In fact, in the 2022 elections, BSP won one assembly seat while the congress party won two seats. Lok Dal and
Omprakash Rajbhar’s Suheldev Bharat Samaj party has become a bigger party than BSP and congress, not only
this, raja Bhaiya’s party is also bigger than BSP and equal to Congress. In such a situation, cabins have been
allotted to SubhaSP and RLD. There is resentment among the leaders of congress and BSP over snatching of
office from the Assembly. Section 157 (2) of the Legislative assembly Members Rules, 1987 says that parties
whose membership is 25 or more can be given rooms, peons, telephones etc. by the secretariat with such
conditions as may be determined by the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly. According to the rules, groups with
less than 25 members do not have the right to facilities like rooms etc.
