Scrutiny of nomination papers was done on tuesday in Madhya Pradesh, which is preparing for the assembly

elections. During this time, the election Commission’s scissors were used on many nominations and due to the

seal on many letters, the candidates got the green signal to enter the electoral fray. After scrutiny, it has

become largely clear which candidate is contesting on which seat. There will definitely be a pain in the heart

of those whose nomination has been cancelled. There are some people who are still looking towards the

election Commission. In fact, during scrutiny, the election commission has put three nomination papers on

hold.

The held nomination papers are not of any new candidate, but of veterans who have already tried their luck in

the politics and have got the benefit of ministerial post in the state power. The first name among these is that

of former minister ajay Singh, who is contesting elections on congress ticket from Churhat. ajay Singh, son

of former chief minister Arjun Singh, is accused of submitting a wrong affidavit regarding his and his wife's

property in his nomination form. On the basis of this allegation, the election commission has put his

nomination on hold.

The third name in the list to hold nomination is that of rahul singh, nephew of former chief minister of the

state Uma Bharti. rahul singh is a minister and bjp has again made him its candidate from Khargapur.

Actually, their legislature is conditional from the supreme court and the high court had made it void. When

his opponent raised objection, the election commission also put his nomination on hold. The name of former

minister Surendra Patwa is included in this list. Patwa is the bjp candidate from Bhojpur and has been

accused of hiding his criminal cases. In such a situation, the election commission has also put his nomination

on hold. The fate of the candidates whose papers have been held by the election commission will be decided

on wednesday itself. According to the information, these cases will be heard today and only after that the

decision will be taken whether to cancel their nominations or to give them the green signal to enter the

electoral fray. Let us tell you that after the completion of the nomination process in Madhya Pradesh, the

election ritual of scrutiny was completed on tuesday and now in the next phase, the candidates can withdraw

their names on november 2. Voting for the assembly elections will take place on november 17.
