Maharashtra: Why did NCP Chief Sharad Pawar say this?

Nationalist congress Party (NCP) chief sharad pawar said on tuesday that if those in the government want to

retain power, then they cannot ignore the youth taking out yuva Sangharsh yatra in Maharashtra. Pawar

flagged off the yuva Sangharsh yatra in pune and while addressing the program said, You hand over all these


demands to the cm and if you want, I will appeal to the cm to call a meeting regarding all these demands made

by the youth. I will talk to and I will personally be present in the meeting with you.


Sharad Pawar further said, The cm will be asked about the time frame for the decision on these demands and if

the demands are met, the cm will be congratulated. But, if the demands are not met, we will decide what to do

next. On the other hand, the march is being led by ncp mla and Sharad Pawar's grandson Rohit Pawar. The

youth participating in the march will travel to 13 districts covering a distance of more than 800 kilometers.

Pawar made these allegations against the government

The 45-day ‘Yuva Sangharsh Yatra’ will conclude in nagpur during the winter session of the state legislature.

Sharad Pawar said, “This march will encourage the youth of the state, and I am sure that this yuva Sangharsh

Yatra will start the process of change and fulfilling your demands. The best example of this journey is that the

moment you decided to start it (March), the government withdrew the decision of contractual recruitment.

Pawar said that by the time this yatra reaches nagpur, if the people in the government want to keep power in

their hands, then they cannot ignore the youth who are carrying out this yatra in a peaceful democratic manner.

Pawar said that if the government adopts such an approach (ignores), they will have to pay a heavy price.
