Ayodhya: Ram temple priests and employees will get increase in salary
It has been decided to increase the salaries of the priests and employees of ram Mandir. Shri ram Janmabhoomi
Teerth Kshetra Trust has increased the salary of the priests of ram Temple. Along with this, it has also been
announced to provide them other facilities. Officials here said that the trust has increased the salaries of the chief
priests and non-priest employees of the temple - store keepers (Kothari), managers (Bhandari) and other
personnel by 35 to 40 percent. The official said that along with the increased salary, the trust will also provide
housing and medical allowance along with weekly holidays to its employees in the temple. Trust secretary
Champat Rai said the trust will also provide provident fund and compensation to the priests and other employees
involved in the management of the puja. Chief priest of ram temple, acharya Satyendra Das, while talking to the
media, confirmed that the salary of the employees has been increased.

acharya Satyendra Das said that this is a good step of the Trust and the saints are appreciating it. With the
increase, the salary of the chief priest has increased from Rs 25,000 to Rs 32,900 per month, while assistant
priests, who used to get a salary of Rs 20,000 per month, will now get paid Rs 31,000 per month. Shri Ram
Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust had earlier increased the salaries of its employees in May. Let us tell you that

Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, said that the entire construction work of the temple will be completed in
december 2025. The ground floor of the temple will be completed by january 2024. Whereas the second phase of
