Singapore: Many people were shocked to see a 29-year-old Bangladeshi construction worker in singapore lying motionless at the HDB construction site in Sembawang, singapore yesterday afternoon, october 9. "As a general safety measure, heavy lifting crews such as riggers and signalmen should maintain line of sight of the lifted loads and ensure their positions are clear of danger," the MOM spokesperson added.
