AIADMK protest to condemn TN government's anti-labor attitude..!?
AIADMK general secretary Edappadi Palaniswami has said that a protest will be held in front of Pallavan's house in chennai on 9th against the anti-labour attitude of the tamil Nadu government. In a statement released by AIADMK General Secretary Edappadi Palaniswami, the DMK government, which has been in office for 29 months, has shown itself to be an anti-labour government with little regard for fulfilling the various demands of the workers. In this case, immediately initiate the negotiation of the 15th wage increase agreement of the transport workers. With the intention of privatizing the transport sector, the process of selecting people for the posts of drivers and conductors through tender should be abandoned immediately. The old pension, promised to be disbursed within 100 days, should immediately disburse arrears of dearness allowance (DA) and cash benefits to retired workers. On behalf of the All india Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam Anna Trade Union Council, demanding the vidya DMK government, a massive protest demonstration will be held in front of Pallavan office, chennai on monday 9.10.2023 at 3 pm. I request the executives and workers from various trade unions to participate in large numbers in this protest protest which is going to be held to condemn the anti-labour attitude of the vidya DMK government and to demand immediate fulfillment of the demands of the workers.
