When will the decision come on Shiv Sena MLA disqualification case?
Maharashtra assembly Speaker rahul Narvekar’s statement regarding the hearing on shiv sena MLA
disqualification case is out. He said, the decision will be taken within the ambit of law. No one should try to put
pressure on our decision making process. rahul Narvekar has also commented on Aditya Thackeray’s tweet
regarding the canceled visit of the assembly Speaker.
What did rahul Narvekar say?
assembly Speaker rahul Narvekar said, “Many people are trying to influence my decision-making process
through various means. But I have already said that I will take my decision on the basis of the provisions of the
Constitution. No matter how much someone tries to influence me, I will not be influenced in any way if any kind
of allegation is made. I will work as per the rules.
Said this on canceling foreign tour
Aditya thackeray had tweeted regarding the canceled foreign tour of the assembly Speaker. Today Rahul
Narvekar has also commented on that. He said, “I had canceled my foreign tour on september 26. I informed
CPA on 26th that I would not be able to attend the conference due to some of my pre-scheduled engagements.
But a big event took place on the 28th. There was discussion regarding the tour, so we decided to cancel the tour.
They have no influence, so work will be done as per the rules.
Narvekar said, I do not run my constituency through Legislative Council MLAs like some others in my
constituency. I work in my constituency myself. Even today I go to my constituency office for four hours a day. I
sit and solve people's problems. So those who are used to running the assembly constituency through other
public representatives. Will they not understand how to solve problems by going among people? So there is no
need to comment on this.
