Congress Will Sell Telangana like they Sold Seats says KTR
BRS working president KT Rama Rao said on monday that a former suspect in the "cash for note" case now controls the congress in telangana and is selling seats for between Rs 25 crore and Rs 40 crore. He was selling seats today, and if he were elected, telangana itself would be sold tomorrow.
Rama Rao attacked the congress harshly for never following through on its pledges and said that congress politician Komatireddy venkat Reddy, who served as the IT minister in the congress administration, did nothing for Nalgonda. He told a crowd at Suryapet after opening the IT Tower there that, let alone an IT firm, he couldn't even acquire a computer for anybody there.
In a forceful retort to opposition parties' criticism of the BRS, he said that the congress, whose warranty had ended 100 years prior, was making promises that the State's citizens would not accept. The minister, Rama Rao, stated that the congress party was founded 150 years ago and that its warranty had expired 100 years earlier. He also laid the cornerstone for development projects worth Rs. 350 crore. According to him, there was no value in the promises congress provided since it had no presence in the State.
Rama Rao said the government would provide a bus for congress leaders to visit the place and time of their choice and test whether electricity was being supplied by touching the live wire in response to Komatireddy venkat Reddy's challenge that he would resign from politics if the BRS could demonstrate that 24 hours of free power was being supplied. In a challenge to venkat Reddy to run for office from the Suryapet constituency and keep his deposit, he said that congress could provide energy to the agricultural sector for even six hours. There were district MLAs, rajya sabha member Badugula Lingaiah Yadav, and energy minister G jagadish reddy in attendance.
