Telangana TSRTC plans 5265 special buses for Dasara
With Saddula Bathukamma on october 22, Maharnavami on october 23, and dasara on october 24, the TSRTC examines the potential for excessive traffic. From hyderabad and Secunderabad, special buses would be operated to all regions of the state as well as to Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Maharashtra. Major bus stations including MGBS, JBS, CBS, KPHB Colony, uppal Crossroads, uppal Bus-stand, Dilsukhnagar, LB nagar, Aramghar, etc. will provide the special buses, in addition to locations like these. On festival days, city buses will run every 10 minutes along the MGBS-Uppal, MGBS-JBS, and MGBS-LB nagar routes.
For people travelling home for the Bathukamma and dasara holidays, TSRTC has planned to run 5265 special buses. 4,280 unique services were offered last year, 239 of which had reservations. We are operating roughly 1000 (20%) more buses this time around than we did last year, according to TSRTC Managing director VC Sajjanar.
On the official website, tsrtconline.in, reservations can be made in advance for these exclusive services. TSRTC call centre numbers 040-69440000 and 040-23450033 may also be used by people to get additional information about special services.
