The public can visit Kukatpally's Lulu Mall (formerly Manjeera Mall) starting at 3 p.m. on wednesday following industries Minister K.T. Rama Rao's official opening. M.A. Ashraf Ali, executive director of Lulu Group international, a retailer located in the UAE, gave a tour of the renovated property to the media. He stated the mega mall was stretched over five lakh square feet with the addition of a two lakh square foot hypermarket. This is the group's first business endeavour in telangana and is a component of the state's commitment of Rs 500 crore.
The mall has a five-screen movie theatre, a food court with seating for 500 people, and around 100 regional and international brands. Six eateries are also there. The mall has 900 bike parking spaces and roughly 1,000 automobile spaces. According to him, the group would create around 2,000 indirect employment in addition to 1,500 direct ones at the mall.

The mall will sell groceries and fresh produce in addition to clothing, accessories, electronics, mobile devices, IT, and lifestyle goods. A 20,000 square foot entertainment area will also be included. According to him, the group intends to open smaller-data-sized locations in Tier II and III cities. Additionally, the business has decided on a location in hyderabad for their envisioned destination mall, which would be considerably bigger and cost in the neighbourhood of Rs 1,200 crores.

The completion of this project is anticipated to take roughly two and a half years. After Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Bengaluru, Lucknow, and Coimbatore, hyderabad is the group's sixth location. The firm has also declared its intention to make investments in the state's food and seafood processing industries.  Then it revealed intentions to invest Rs 200 crores in Chengicherla to build a new meat processing facility focused on exports. According to him, the investments are the result of multiple talks and a memorandum of understanding that Lulu Group and the telangana government inked while KT Rama Rao was attending the World Economic Forum in Davos last year.
