Telangana - TS RERA imposes Rs 50 Lakhs Fine for Advertising Without Permit
Real estate developments must register with RERA in order to proceed. If management don't register their properties under RERA, legal action will be taken against them. The authority issued show cause notices, requesting an explanation from the management, because the aforementioned project failed to secure RERA registration. According to a statement released by the authority, a fine of Rs. 50 lakh was imposed since the management refused to provide an explanation.
For marketing and advertising their project at kollur without the necessary RERA registration, telangana State Real Estate Regulator Authority (TS RERA) fined Jayatri Infrastructure (Jaya Group), AGS Srinivasam Properties Private Limited (AGS Group), and Engineers Association Private Limited on Friday. Real estate developments must register themselves in accordance with RERA regulations in order to move forward or risk legal repercussions.
