6,493 properties Registered in Telangana Hyderabad
Hyderabad registered 6,493 residential properties in august, up 17% from July and 15% from the same month last year. According to Knight Frank india, the total value of properties registered during august was Rs 3,461 crore, a 22% increase over the previous year and a 20% increase over July. The districts of hyderabad, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Rangareddy, and sangareddy are all part of the hyderabad residential market.
With 43% of registered home sales, Medchal-Malkajgiri continuously holds the top spot. Rangareddy district comes closely behind with 39% of registered sales. In contrast, 17% of the registrations were in the hyderabad district. Due to the Reserve bank of India's decision to maintain interest rates at their current levels since april 2023 and the increased demand for practical living quarters, hyderabad registered 6,493 residential properties in august 2023, the second-highest number of the year.

In its most recent assessment, real estate advisor Knight Frank india noted that hyderabad registered 6,493 residential properties in august 2023, up 15% year over year from 5,656 units in the same month last year and 17% month over month from 5,557 units in July 2023.
