What happened in Jammu and Kashmir?

martyred during an anti-terrorism operation in anantnag district. During the operation launched in Rajouri
on Tuesday, security forces have killed another terrorist. A joint team of security forces, comprising Army
and police personnel, fell victim to heavy firing by terrorists in Gadul village of Kokernag area of Anantnag
in the afternoon. The officers who were martyred have been identified as Colonel Manpreet Singh, Major
Ashish Dhonchak and Deputy Superintendent of police Humayun Bhat.
