Big action against MLC Radha Charan Seth, JDU leader arrested
The ED team brought JDU MLC Radha Charan Seth to patna from Arrah on wednesday night. Raids were

Radha Charan Seth and his son Kanhaiya Kumar were called to the ED office in patna for questioning. About
15 days ago, the ED team had interrogated Radhacharan Seth and his son Kanhaiya for hours. Radha Charan
Seth is accused of embezzlement of crores of rupees in sand ghat contracts and tax evasion.
ED team raided the farm house
The ED team reached the farm house of JDU MLC Radha Charan Sah alias Seth Ji at Anaith Mathia on
wednesday morning. The team was busy raiding since morning. In the evening, the ED team left for patna from
Arrah, taking Radha Charan Seth with them. At the same time, during the raid, a crowd of supporters had also
gathered outside the house. It is being said that the last time the team came, the documents were not understood.
In this connection the ED team had arrived again.
Action has already been taken
Let us tell you that the ED team had raided many places of Radha Charan Seth in june also. ED had raided
many places including patna, Bhojpur, dhanbad and Hazaribagh. According to the information received, raids
are being conducted in the case related to sand. Even before this, in the month of February, the Income Tax
Department team had raided many places of Radha Charan Seth regarding immovable property. At the same
time, according to sources, the patna unit of the Enforcement Directorate has issued this notice for questioning
Radha Charan Seth and his son. Both have been asked to come to the directorate’s office within 15 days.
