The hyderabad real estate market is as resilient as ever in the data-face of rising home prices and ongoing interest rate increases over the past year. According to the most recent ANAROCK Consumer Sentiment survey for the first half of 2023, residents of the city are showing a preference for mid-range and luxury residences. The survey's results showed a pattern: Hyderabadis are favoring 2BHK and 3BHK homes despite the economy's unpredictability and the tightening of budgets.
The ANAROCK poll found that while 45 percent of respondents preferred the slightly bigger 3BHK dwellings, 47 percent of respondents showed a strong preference for 2BHK flats. The real estate services company broke down the preferred budget ranges and found that in Central hyderabad, a 2BHK property costs anywhere between Rs 85 lakh and Rs 1 crore. Budget-conscious buyers may purchase a 2BHK apartment in east hyderabad for between Rs 45 lakh and Rs 55 lakh.
The property market in North hyderabad offers possibilities for 2BHK homes in the price range of Rs. 50 lakh to Rs. 60 lakh. Those looking to buy a property in the south can locate a cosy 2BHK residence for between Rs 40 and Rs 50 lakh. A budget of Rs 60 to 70 lakh enables access to opulent 2BHK dwelling in West Hyderabad.
