Watch - Telangana State Cyber Security Cheats people with 500 Rs Fake note

SIBY JEYYA
The telangana State Cyber Security Bureau (TSCSB) teams have developed a novel prank that deceives unwary people into picking up a leaflet that is quite deceptively designed as a 'wallet' from which a Rs 500 currency note is protruding in an effort to warn and make people aware of cyber fraudsters.
These pamphlets are being distributed by police teams in key areas in public spaces. When someone sees the fake wallet with the Rs. 500 bill and opens it, a leaflet with a message appears. "Rogue vs. Real. Online fakes are as common, much as this wallet. The notification states, "Stay alert, Stay Secure. If you were a victim of cybercrime and lost money, contact 1930. After witnessing spoof videos on social media platforms, TSCSB director and Cyberabad Commissioner stephen Raveendra came up with the creative idea. He wanted to do something different to spread the message of cyber safety.

Our staff provided counseling to each trick victim, according to stephen Raveendra. Teams from the TSCSB visited a number of public locations in Rachakonda, Hyderabad, and Cyberabad during the past several days as part of the campaign. The initiative's visibility and the TSCSB's message were further expanded after a few recordings of the joke became popular on social media.
