You are aware that the sittings of the parliament are held regularly following the constitutional mandate under Article 85 of the Constitution. The President shall convene each house of parliament from time to time at such time as he may think fit for sitting, provided that there shall not be an interval of 6 months between the date fixed for the last session of one session and the first session of the next session.” Pragalath Joshi has pointed out in his letter.
