Telangana Hyderabad’s wet spell expected to continue - Here's the Forecast

SIBY JEYYA
The telangana State Development Planning Society (TSDPS) has predicted that the present rainy spell would last through Thursday, thus residents of hyderabad may expect more wet days to come. There is some relief in sight, though, as wednesday is predicted to see a drop in the severity of the rain. According to the TSDPS weather advisory, while rain is expected to continue on wednesday, it will probably be less severe than it has been in recent days.

Serilingampally, Jubilee Hills, Yousufguda, Moosarambagh, Osmania University, Amberpet, Malakpet, Falaknama, Rajendranagar, Chandrayangutta, LB Nagar, and hayathnagar are among the locations in the city where light rain is expected. There may be sporadic showers in certain places, but not significant downpours.

The weather prediction for wednesday calls for drizzles rather than significant rains for inhabitants of various sections of Hyderabad. The highest temperature will be approximately 27 degrees Celsius with continued cloud cover over the city. On Thursday, the TSDPS predicts a return to heavier rains, so the city should be prepared for a shift in the weather.

As rains continue to lash the city, Hussain Sagar‘s water level reached +513.42 meters at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday. The Full Tank Level (FTL) being 513.41 meters, the Maximum Water Level (MWL) stood at +514.75 meters. While four gates are opened at Himayat Sagar at a height of two feet, six gates were lifted at Osman Sagar. Two more gates are expected to be lifted at Himayat Sagar at 1:30 pm.
