Telangana Hyderabad will receive Heavy Rainfall Today - BEWARE!

The city of Hyderabad's india Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an orange signal and predicted significant rains. All areas of the city, including Charminar, Khairatabad, Kukatpally, LB Nagar, Secunderabad, and Serilingampally, are expected to see moderate to heavy rainfall or thundershowers, according to the meteorological service. The city may occasionally experience powerful spells. The agency also stated that rain in the city will continue through tomorrow.

IMD hyderabad forecasts heavy rainfall in Telangana

Today is also predicted to bring telangana significant rainfall, thunderstorms, lightning, and squalls. IMD predicted that the state would likely see heavy rain till september 7. According to the telangana State Development Planning Society (TSDPS), Gandhari of kamareddy in telangana got the state's highest rainfall yesterday, with the Mandal receiving 144.5 mm. Yesterday, Shaikpet in hyderabad recorded the greatest rainfall of 119 mm.


Rainfall in the current monsoon season

Telangana has seen average cumulative rainfall during the current monsoon season of 691.3 mm, compared to normal rainfall of 597.7 mm. The typical rainfall in hyderabad is 479.7 mm, compared to the average total rainfall of 493 mm. Today's rains in telangana was also anticipated by TSDPS. Residents in the state should make travel arrangements in accordance with the predictions made by both IMD hyderabad and TSDPS.
