Will household cylinder price be reduced?

Reportedly the central government has reduced the price of domestic cooking gas by Rs.200, in Puduvai, a subsidy of Rs.500 per cooking gas is available in addition to the state government's concession. The central government's announcement that the price of cooking gas will be reduced by Rs.200/- is pleasing. The government headed by prime minister Narendra Modi is taking many steps to improve the living conditions of the people. An example of this is the prime minister Ujjwala scheme to provide cooking gas connection to poor families. 9.1 crore cooking gas connections have already been provided under the Ujjwala scheme. The Union cabinet has now approved an additional 75 lakh cooking gas connections for poor women. Already under the Ujjwala scheme beneficiaries are being given a subsidy of Rs 200 per cylinder.


They will be given an additional subsidy of Rs 200 from today. The price cut is a gift from prime minister Narendra Modi to women on onam and Raksha Bandhan. 300/- to the red colored family card holders already on behalf of the state government in Puducherry. A scheme has been launched to provide cooking gas subsidy of Rs.150/- to yellow card holders. We have been suffering for 30 years without basic facilities such as land lease free house


In this situation, the central government has given a subsidy of Rs.200/-, which is a cause of great happiness among the people of Puducherry.
