In order to give a strong fight to the bharatiya janata party in the lok sabha elections 2024, the india alliance is

constantly adding clans. After the mumbai meeting, it is being claimed to bring together 5 parties. Through these 5

parties, there is a preparation to correct the equation of UP, Maharashtra, Punjab, assam and Haryana.

Mayawati's party BSP, Badal's party Akali Dal, Chautala's party INLD, Ajmal's party AIUDF and Raju Shetty's

party Shetkari Sangathan are speculated to join the india coalition. nitish kumar and the congress high command

are engaged in the exercise of connecting these parties.

According to sources, initial level talks have also been held with 3 out of these 5 parties. Their proposals will be

kept in the meeting of the india Alliance. These 5 parties have a direct impact on 50 seats in the Lok Sabha. Most

of the 50 seats are currently with the BJP.

Why the speculation about Mayawati's arrival?

Bahujan Samaj party has contested elections in 2019 together with SP and RLD. In 2019, BSP had won 10 seats.

congress is the biggest advocate of bringing BSP in india alliance. Even in the 2022 elections, the congress had

approached mayawati, but things could not be done then.

mayawati has spoken of not forging an alliance with anyone in 2024, but congress sources claim that talks are on

with Mayawati. However, the talks are in the initial stage only. mayawati has given support to the Manmohan

Singh government from outside.

Mayawati's party BSP is currently dominant in UP, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, telangana and Punjab. Congress

wants to ease its way to victory in these states too by helping Mayawati. In 2009, the bjp won the maximum

number of 21 lok sabha seats.
