Another FIR lodged against Manish Jagan Agarwal
Another FIR has been registered against Samajwadi Party's social media coordinator manish jagan Agarwal in
Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. Expelled woman leader from Samajwadi party, Dr. Richa Singh has lodged this FIR on
the charges of indecency by Jagan. Richa Singh has filed a case in Shivkuti police station of Prayagraj. Prayagraj
Police has registered a case under Section 509 of the IPC and Section 67 of the IT Act on the complaint of Richa
Singh. Let us tell you that before this, Richa Singh had filed a case against manish jagan Agarwal in the same
police station on august 18 as well.
Manish jagan Agarwal had made very objectionable remarks against Richa Singh on Twitter. After which Richa
Singh has lodged two FIRs against manish Aggarwal, who is considered close to akhilesh yadav, in Shivkuti
police station of Prayagraj in 5 days. Please tell that manish had made indecent comments against Richa Singh
by tweeting on august 18 without directly naming her. Aggarwal used words like shurpanakha, item and
garbage for Richa Singh.
Richa was expelled from SP due to opposition from Swami prasad Maurya
Let us tell you that the Samajwadi party had expelled Richa Singh from the party in the month of february for
opposing Swami prasad Maurya. Prior to this, Richa Singh has been a spokesperson in the Samajwadi Party.
Along with this, Richa Singh has contested the assembly elections twice on SP ticket from the city west seat of
Prayagraj. Apart from this, she has also been the president of the student union at allahabad Central University.
According to the information, manish jagan Agarwal was also arrested by the police after the controversial tweet
in the month of January. akhilesh yadav had reached the DGP office to get manish released. There he also had a
clash with the policemen.
