For the upcoming elections from Lohawat assembly seat, more than half a dozen leaders from bjp are
claiming the ticket. In which Gajendra Singh Khinvsar, who was a two-time mla and minister in the
Vasundhara government, Jagram Bishnoi, Chhailu Singh Amla, Bhagirath Beniwal and others are staking
claim for the ticket. Not only this, these leaders are continuously conducting public relations campaign and are
meeting the candidates continuously.
Competition for ticket in congress too
For the upcoming assembly elections, like the bjp from Lohawat, the condition of the congress is more or less
the same. Current MLAs Kisnaram Vishnoi, Omprakash Rao, karan Singh Uchiyarda, Hanuman Singh
Khangata, Satyanarayan Rao, along with other candidates are vying for congress ticket on this seat.
Agriculture is the main occupation
Most part of Lohawat assembly constituency is rural area. The main occupation here is based on agriculture.
There is a good yield of different crops in this region. However, the farmers here are very upset due to the
problem of electricity. There is a constant deadlock regarding voltage tripping.
