Telangana governor wants 'legal opinion' on TSRTC...According to the telangana government business Rules and secretariat instructions, governor Tamilisai Soundararajan referred the State of telangana Road Transport Corporation (Absorption of Employees into government Service) Bill-2023 to the law secretary for "opinion" on all bills received from the state secretary to the state legislature."According to a press release, "this is a standard norm mandated in the relevant rules." Furthermore, it stated that the governor has made ten recommendations based on representations and in the best interests of the employees and the well-being of the corporation while allowing the TSRTC Bill of 2023 to be presented to the Assembly.According to raj bhavan, four additional measures were previously returned to the Legislative assembly and Legislative Council with messages including specific recommendations. "The Hon'ble governor would like to know whether these recommendations were properly addressed in the bills now received."
