Deoskar said
that on this complaint, a case has been registered against Awasthi as well as the "handler" of the "X" accounts of
Priyanka gandhi Vadra, kamal nath and Arun Yadav at Sanyogitaganj police station in the city. He told that this FIR has
been registered under section 420 (cheating) and section 469 (forgery with intent to harm reputation) of the Indian
Penal Code.

controversial post related to the case and the next step will be taken on the basis of these details. Complainant Pathak
alleges that the congress leaders have mdata-aligned the image of the state government and his party by sharing misleading
