Telangana BJP to protest at Indira Park for distribution of 2BHK houses

On Saturday, the bjp will stage its "maha dharna" in Indira Park to call for the distribution of 2BHK homes to the underprivileged. Top party officials will participate in the dharna, led by Union minister and bjp state president G. Kishan Reddy. The bjp is attempting to make the BRS administration and chief minister K. Chandrashekar Rao responsible for the promises made by the governing party about the construction of 2BHK homes, which, according to the bjp, the administration has not maintained.

The demonstration was delayed twice—once due to heavy rains and again when party MPs were called to delhi to attend the lok sabha session for the vote of no-confidence.

The party has stated that it vehemently disagrees with the BRS government's pledge to provide minorities with a financial aid package of Rs 1 lakh and has referred to this pledge as unconstitutional. The party's general secretary for state party affairs, tarun Chugh, stated on friday that the Constitution forbids any form of appeasement or reservation based on caste or religion. kcr is lying about this commitment, purposefully seeking to confuse people, and engaging in vote-bank tactics. Stay tuned for more updates.
