What did PM Modi say on Manipur?

On the Manipur incident, PM Modi said that whatever happened there is painful. But this is not the time to do politics. He appealed to everyone that a solution has to be found together. PM Modi said, "Both the state and central governments are doing everything possible to get the culprits punished severely. I want to assure the people that peace will be restored in Manipur in the coming times. I want to tell the people of Manipur including daughters that the country is with you."

Hitting out at the Congress, PM Modi said, "Who had the government in Manipur when everything was according to the wishes of the extremist organizations?
