DK's misconception about Bhadra Upper Bank..!?
The Central Water Resources Department has approved the project cost of 16,000 crores for the Bhadra upper bank in 2021, and the central government has to bear 60% i.e. 9000 crores and 40% i.e. 7000 crores from the state government. However, DK Shivakumar has misunderstood this. He said that the central government will provide 16 thousand crores. Karajola said that this is not reality. Former DCM and former minister of Water Resources Department govinda Karajola said that deputy chief minister and Water Resources minister DK Shivakumar had misunderstood the Bhadra Upper bank Project grant.
He has issued a press release in this regard and said that the Central Water Resources Department has approved the project cost of 16,000 crores for Bhadra upper bank in 2021 and the central government has to bear 60% i.e. 9000 crores and 40% i.e. 7000 crores state government. He said that considering the Bhadra Upper bank Project as a national project, the central government has already sanctioned 5300, and the state government should try to release it.
