In a stunning and horrifying event, a drunken bystander in hyderabad stripped a woman on the street. The observers stood motionless as the terrible occurrence occurred and captured it on their smartphones. The perpetrator, a total stranger with no prior relationship to the victim, chose to do this heinous act. The culprit, Mariah, also known as Peddamariah, is a daily-wage worker.
