bjp mp from EtawahRamshankarKatheria has got a big relief from district Judge court Agra. The punishment order of mp MLA court agra has been stayed. Two days ago, the mp MLA court gave a verdict of two years' punishment. bjp mp RamshankarKatheria appealed against this decision in the district Judge's court on monday (August 7). This decision was welcomed by the supporters of bjp mp Katheria by distributing sweets at his residence in agra and there is a wave of happiness among the workers.

The court said during the hearing that till the disposal of the appeal, the sentence will be stayed. After this, the bjp mp has also got bail on his appeal. A court in agra sentenced former Union minister Katheria to two years in jail and also imposed a fine of Rs 50,000 for thrashing employees of a power company in november 2011. The court found him guilty under sections 147 (rioting) and 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) of the indian Penal Code (IPC). On the other hand, according to the Representation of the people Act, 1951, an elected public representative who has been sentenced to two years or more for any offense has to data-face immediate disqualification. That's why questions were being raised on his membership as well, but now the court has given relief.
