Regularisation of VRAs ends remnant of feudal era - Telangana CM KCR
Speaking at the event, Chandrashekhar Rao stated that 3,680 people with a degree or higher education will be designated as junior assistants, 2,761 people with an intermediate education qualification will work as record assistants, and 10,317 people with a 10th class qualification will be employed in the irrigation and Mission Bhagiratha departments. These roles have already received clearance from the finance division.
According to the GO, the salary ranges for final grade services are 19,000–58,850; for record assistants, it is 22,240–67,300; and for junior assistants, it is 24,280–72,850. In a show of kindness, 3,797 people over 61 will be given jobs by their offspring in recognition of their selfless commitment to society.
The chief minister challenged VRAs to establish a solid reputation in their respective ministries and work harder to continue their education and advance in their careers. According to him, the VRAs would receive appointment orders more quickly the earlier the JACs provided the list of VRAs. He claimed that the formal directives were given on monday, the Minister's birthday, in recognition of the Minister's proactive efforts to speed up the process for regularising VRAs.
