State-of-the-art public toilets in Telangana Hyderabad

In addition to the eight Multipurpose Public Fresh Rooms planned for the Khairatabad area, there will also be five in LB Nagar, three in Charminar, two in Serilingampally, one in Kukatpally, and four in the secunderabad area.

The Multipurpose Public Fresh Rooms will be more contemporary than the typical public restrooms thanks to the installation of odorless urinals and shower amenities. A baby changing area and sanitary napkin dispensers will be available for ladies.
The city authority plans to staff these new facilities around-the-clock once they are up and running. These modern rooms will include characteristics required by the particularly abled in their design. "The outside and interior designs of each unit in these restrooms are identical. They will be as clean and secure as the upscale restrooms at malls or airports. In addition to setting them established, ongoing maintenance is given the necessary attention, according to a ghmc representative.

A field survey was done by Urban Loo, a firm that seeks to change the way public restrooms are thought about, designed, and implemented. As a result, over 23 places within the ghmc boundaries have been selected for the installation of these washrooms. The Urban Loo will carry out the effort as part of its corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme. In addition to building the new-looking facilities, The Urban Loo will also maintain them for a period of 14 years.
