On Tuesday, the bharatiya janata party (BJP) elevated Eatala Rajender, a huzurabad MLA, to the position of head of the party's election Management Committee, and g kishan reddy, the union tourism minister, as the new president of the party's telangana unit. In addition, the bjp chose sunil Jakhar for the position of party leader in Punjab, Babulal Marandi for the position in Jharkhand, and D purandeswari for the position in Andhra Pradesh.

Bandi Sanjay's functioning style has been criticized by several senior leaders over the past month, and there have been rumors that the party leadership plans to replace Sanjay as a result of the open infighting within the telangana unit and leaders berating one another on social media. Kishan Reddy's name has been bandied about as the new chief for the past week. Despite prior denials that Sanjay would be replaced, the party leadership named kishan reddy as the new leader on Tuesday.

Party insiders claim that after recent talks in delhi with Bandi Sanjay, kishan reddy, Eatala Rajender, and bjp National President JP Nadda, Sanjay will be replaced in order to restore some stability to the party. They believed that the party's prospects in the State were being negatively impacted by the internal conflict between the leaders, so it was vital to find a solution because the party could not contest the upcoming assembly elections with a divided house.

Unverified rumours claim that Sanjay will soon be included in the union cabinet. Eatala Rajender has repeatedly brought the issue to the attention of Nadda and amit shah and has been requesting for a long time that the party leadership give him some significant responsibilities. Additionally, there were rumours that Eatala and komatireddy rajgopal reddy intended to leave the party and join the congress because they felt that the party did not value them enough. Sanjay and the pair had been at odds for a while, and they wanted the high command to remove him.
