Telangana government started distribution of Ragijava..!?
Education Day is being organized on tuesday as part of the telangana Emergence Decade celebrations. On this occasion, the education Department has taken up important work. On tuesday, the government launched a program to provide Ragijava as breakfast, especially to students studying in government schools. Each student is provided with 250 ml of Ragijava. Through this, 25,26,907 students in 28,606 government schools will be benefited. On tuesday, it launched a program to distribute 20,000 tabs to teachers to improve educational standards.
Education minister Sabitha indra Reddy said that the government has also taken up some other programs as part of 'Telangana education Day'.Ministers and MLAs inaugurated renovated schools under the Mana Uru-Mana Badi/Mana Basti-Mana Badi program across the state. Also, notebooks were distributed to the students free of charge. This year the government is providing free textbooks to 30 lakh students at a cost of Rs.190 crores. The government is providing two pairs of uniforms to 26 lakh students at a cost of Rs.150 crores. It is very important that all childrens in the school are well nourished and taken care of to study well.
