Karnataka - CONGRESS to WIN by a HUGE MARGIN
The karnataka Assembly elections are now through with voting, and the results will be tallied on this coming Wednesday, the 13th. There is a possibility of a Hung assembly, according to the Exit polls of major survey companies. The key number is 113 seats. They predict that congress will become the single-largest party but will not win a majority. JDS, which has 25–30 seats, might be essential in such a scenario.
However, if necessary, there is a risk that the bjp may abduct the MLAs from the Congress. In the event of a hung election, resort politics will be in play after the results. The bharatiya janata party won 104 seats in the 2018 elections, making it the winningest party overall. The JDS won 37 seats, while the congress took home 80. There were unexpected occurrences during the government formation process because no party had a clear majority.
Yeddyurappa of the bjp was sworn in as the new chief minister but was forced to step down three days later. H.D. Kumaraswamy was appointed chief minister of the coalition government that the congress and JDS later formed. However, this coalition administration only held office for 14 months.
