Workers without Beard will be fired..!?

The Taliban have said that bearded civil servants will not be allowed in offices in Afghanistan. Their rules seem to be so rigorous and seem to be like imprisonment. women are also prohibited from flying without the assistance of a male. Meanwhile, the Taliban have now imposed a new restriction on civil servants.
 In it, they stipulate that government employees will only be allowed into offices if they have a beard. Following this, government employees who did not grow beards inside the cabinet office were detained and expelled. They have been instructed to adhere to this rule in office.
 They have been also instructed to wear a turban and long loose top clothing to the office. Prayers should be done correctly at the needed time.
The employees will be fired from here on if they don't follow the dress codes which was imposed. Meanwhile, Taliban supporters themselves have opposed the order. 
They also say that islam has never forced people to grow a beard. Taliban has also instructed some weird rules like parks are instructed to operate based on males and females. Many protests have been started due to these strong rules.
