On Thursday, china had warned all the western nations would pay the price for their boycott of the beijing Winter olympics 2022. Recently, Washington had announced its boycott last week saying that it was alarmed by the abuses of China. Other countries like Britain, Australia, and canada also followed the same suit of a diplomatic boycott on Wednesday.

Around one million Uyghurs and many other Turkish-speaking people who are mostly Muslim minorities have been made to stay in re-education camps where china is been accused of forced labor and forcibly disinfecting the women. But, china had said that these camps are for vocational training centers which made for reducing Islamic extremism. Britain's relationship with china is also not well, due to its crackdown in Hong Kong.
