Central Committee coming to TN for inspecting Flood affected Areas

The Central Committee is visiting tamil Nadu today to assess the damage caused by the rain. According to the DMK MP, the Central Committee will shortly visit tamil Nadu to assess the rain damage caused by the northeast monsoon. D. R. Balu stated the following. He also requested Rs 2,629 crore from the flood relief budget for tamil Nadu.

The Central Committee is expected to visit tamil Nadu this (Monday) evening, following a cabinet meeting held the day before yesterday (Saturday) to discuss the impact of the rains. As a result, a central team of seven officers will arrive this afternoon to assess the extent of the northeast monsoon's devastation. On the 22nd and 23rd of November, the Central Committee will tour all of tamil Nadu's districts.

On the 22nd, a delegation will travel to the regions of Chennai, Chengalpattu, and Kanchipuram, as well as Kanyakumari. On the 23rd, one party will travel to Cuddalore, Mayiladuthurai, Nagapattinam, Thiruvarur, and Tanjore, while the other will travel to Vellore and Ranipettai. Revenue Commissioner K. Panindra reddy will lead one committee, while Revenue Secretary Kumar Jayant will lead the other and a report will be submitted.
