It hurts Hindus' sentiments, he believes and causes tension between the two factions. Every citizen has the right to free speech and expression under our Constitution. It should not, however, be used to denigrate the country's cohesiveness and dignity. It is a serious felony to incite citizens to hatred of race, religion, or to utilize freedom of speech and expression to endanger the nation's security.

Hinduism has been compared to isis and the Boko Haram extremist group by salman Khurshid. This has cast doubt on the Hindu community as a whole, as well as the worth of religion and society. As a result, salman Khurshid should data-face charges under sections 153, 153A, 298 and 505 (2) of the IPC, and he should not be released on bail."
