DMK is the movement that gives voice to Sri Lankan Tamils

Our DMK, according to chief minister stalin, is the movement that has been able to provide a voice to the Sri Lankan Tamils since their nation was affected. chief minister MK stalin lay the foundation stone for 3,510 new settlements worth Rs. 142.16 crore at a state occasion at Melmonavoor, Vellore District, and spoke at the function. According to stalin, the DMK is continuously raising concerns about Sri Lankan refugees.

MK stalin said, "I used the term Sri Lankan Tamils to refer to Sri Lankan Tamils who may have emigrated to and lived in tamil Nadu, our motherland. Otherwise, we haven't forgotten that all Tamils, no matter where they live, are Thais. tamil Tamils and Sri Lankan Tamils are linked by race, language, culture, and civilization on this basis. More to the point, we are all Tamils, happily and proudly. We are separated by the water. Your tears have brought us together today. No one can deny or hide the fact that our DMK is the only movement that has been able to offer the Sri Lankan Tamils a voice since they were forced to flee their motherland.

However, the AIADMK government has done them no good and has shown little interest in them during the last ten years. In this context, we have resumed assistance initiatives for Sri Lankan Tamils now that the DMK administration has taken power. They are not refugees, they are not orphans, and we should not refer to them as refugee camps in order to draw their attention to the fact that we are present. That is why, while making a proclamation to this effect, I used Rule 110 in the Legislature to bring out that we would designate it the Sri Lankan tamil Rehabilitation Camp. Today is the day to put it into action. That is why we have all gathered here at the camp."
