The Namakkal district Magistrate has been issued a warrant by a Paramathi court judge for failing to enforce the court decision regarding the alteration of Patta's name. R. Rasappan is a farmer from Kallipalayam, in the Paramathi Vellore district of tamil Nadu. In the lease of his land, the names of the shrine Samis were added.
