Fierce BJP-Congress battle in by-polls...!

By-elections are being held today for 3 constituencies of the lok sabha and 29 constituencies of the state assembly. The bjp and the congress are in a bitter rivalry to win this election somehow.

The by-election is being held today as 3 lok sabha members have died in this election. As such, most of the assembly elections in 13 states are being held because MLAs have resigned and joined the BJP.


The vote count will take place next Tuesday

Ramswaroop Sharma (Mandi) and Nand Kumar Singh Chauhan (Khandwa), MPs from Mandi in Himachal Pradesh, Khandwa in madhya pradesh and Dadra-Nagar Haveli 3 mp constituencies, died last March.

Both are bjp MPs. Mohan Telkar, the mp for Dadra-Nagar Haveli, committed suicide last month and he is an Independent MP. These blocks were declared vacant by the death of the trio. Following this, by-elections are being held today for these constituencies.


Similarly, by-elections are being held for 4 assembly constituencies in West Bengal. In Assam, by-elections are being held for 5 assembly constituencies, including Kosaikan and Bhavanipur. 

Panidar Talukdar, a congress MLA from the Bhavanipur constituency, resigned and joined the BJP. He is currently contesting from the bjp in the same constituency by-election.


By-elections are being held for 3 more assembly constituencies in the state of madhya pradesh along with the Khandwa lok sabha constituency. They are Raikon, Jopat and Prithvipur. The bjp won the Raikon constituency and the congress won the other two constituencies.


Similarly, by-elections are being held in Huzurabad, telangana and Bathwell, Andhra Pradesh. The telangana Rashtriya Samithi party won in Huzurabad. Similarly, by-elections are being held in Hanagal and Sindh constituencies in Karnataka.


This is the first election to be held after Basavaraj took over as the chief minister of Karnataka. elections are also being held in Meghalaya, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Maharashtra, Mizoram and Haryana. Voter turnout has begun.


There is a fierce rivalry between the bjp and congress in this election. Political parties are waiting to see which party the people will support in the midst of their respective state issues.
